I have a ECS KT600A with 2 sticks of KVR400X64C25/512 512MB 400MHz DDR Non-ECC CL2.5 DIMM

I am wondering about upgrading by placing another 1 gig stick in but the compatible gig stick for the mobo is a KVR400X64C3A/1G 1GB 400MHz DDR Non-ECC CL3 (3-3-3) DIMM

so the ram pieces have different latencies? The kingstong website says exactly this:
Using 400MHz DDR modules:
Virtually any configuration up to 2GB can be reached using any combination of Kingston's 256, 512MB, and 1GB modules.

But it seems to me that there could be problems if they aren't balanced?

The mobo actualy doesn't have dual channel just 3 slots. So my question is, can I run two 512 sticks that are CL 2.5 and one that is CL 3.0 without any issues?

Yes you can.

It's just that all modules will run at CAS 3.0 (the greatest latency between them).

P.S. I have in my system 2x256MB an 1x512MB modules, all with different timings and I had no issues.
