I have outlook 2010 and windows 7 on a new laptop I just got from Dell.
Outlook is very slow to open and send emails often it won't open but tells me I have to restart the computer.
I've had this laptop for 4 months now and the problem started the first day and has gotten worse . Now I an barely fluent in all this so please help me if you know a fix but assume I am 9 years old when explaining .Thanks so much.
If it's a new computer, contact Dell support, they may not be the best but the system is in warranty so may as well use it. You'll need to check running processes, scan for viruses, etc... and someone with a 9yr old knowledge of PC won't be able to do that very well.
