GA965P-S3 setting PCI (not PCI-E) freq, DDR2 voltage

How do I set PCI freq? There is a setting to change PCI-E, but not for PCI. I ran into O/C rebooting problem only after I plug in a PCI card, if it's removed there's no problem.

How do I see/control the RAM voltage? There is a setting to increase voltage in 0.1 increments, but can't see exact voltage used. Pressing ctrl+F1 gets me to see the DDR2 timing, but can't see the exact voltage. Reason I'm asking is I read everywhere you have to increase DDR2 to 2.1~2.2V to get 800+MHZ, but my 667MHZ ram is O/Ced to 833MHZ without increasing my increasing any voltage setting. Is it still at 1.8V? That would be amazing...
