I was unmounting my hsf and I, somehow, managed to loose one of the screws :?

anyone know where I can get a replacement 775 screw and spring? or will the other smaller screw work?

Hmm, I have no idea. You might try taking one of the screws and springs you still have to some local hardware stores and see if they sell the same thing, or anything similar enough to use. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you out if they can.

nem2k, i was going to recommend the same thing. just take the screw and spring to your local hardware store and ask them if they have an exact replacement or something similar. let us know how it goes as i'm interested in seeing if you found a replacement part

cheers

Also, I found this thread in another forum.

Apparently, the guy to contact at Sunbeam Tech, who make the Tuniq, is:

Paul Tsai (Sunbeamtech)
paul@sunbeamtech.com

So if you can't find anything at hardware stores, there ya go.

when i recieved my tuniq one of the screws did not have the threads cut into it so i just put it on with three screws and its still keeping me at 32c idle and 44 load, but i emailed derek at tuniq ( derekhsiao@sunbeamtech.com ) , and they are sending me new screws free of charge. i would try talking to him.
