Newegg has the D-Link DGL-4300 Gaming Router onsale for $80 AR. It has the QoS options you're looking for and gets rave reviews. Infact I've got one on order right now.

Yep, it seems like it's a great router. You might have to mess with QoS settings (because by default they give games priority), but it should be great for what you are looking for.
