Problem With Patch KB840987

Same problem for me when I try to delete a file, Windows Explorer Crash...

Yes, this patch has really ticked me off.

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.security (More info?)

Same (right-click and select&delete) happens on my PC,
but it's XP Pro with SP1. If I install SP2, it crashes
even without KB840987, so there must be something else
that makes problem both to KB840987 and SP2
