Hello,
my computer crashed and now I have reinstalled windows using a dell desktop windows7 disk now it is totally messed up it wont let me restore to factory

Find your toshiba window disk and use it. The dell one won't work due to system lock preinstallation. If you lost the toshiba disk, contact them to get a replacement. Not to mention laptop drivers will be missing from the dell desktop disk.
