ok So im overclocking my e4300.gigabyte ds3
. i started off with going to 280 fbs. it jumped to 2.5 ghz but i got poorer proformance. not much but slightley less. about 6 fps avg on company of heros. so i jumped to 333. and my computer wouldent boot. so i backed it down to 300 and now im getting 13 fps gain over stock avg. and 20 fps maxium fps.
Now my cpu is running at 2.7ghz and its stable and runs pretty good. Also my vista rating didnt go up yet?

My question is now. what can i do with my ram to get it back up to speed. i got the multiplyier on 2.0 and the stock timings on my gskill 2gb ddr is 5-5-5-15. i know you can change them. whats a safe level to change them to? And am i abuot at my limit for stock cooling with 2.7?

310 is the highest i can go to. and its at 2.79 and my vista rating didnt move and i didnt see any jump in profromance in my game. i think the ram running at 600 is the only slow down point. Im only gettgng 4.9 on ram and 4.9 on cpu.
My 3dmark05 scores are insane now thou i think i scored alittle under 15000 which was at the tippy top of the rating block
