So im building a new computer and trying to decide on a good case for my rig, the components i've selected up to this point are:

2x 8800 GTX
eVGA 680i Mobo
C2D 6600

The power supply im up in the air about, it obviously will have to be a fairly large one, but I don't know the exact wattage ill need it to supply.

The two cases im currently looking at are:

Lian-Li v1200B Plus II
COOLER MASTER Stacker RC-832

The differences that I can tell aside from looks would be...
Stacker is SLI Certified (Does that even matter for a case?)
Lian Li has great air flow
Lian Li may have trouble fitting a PSU if it's large.

I'm leaning towards the stacker cause of the certification, but at the same time I really like the Lian Li. Wich should I get, and/or is there a better case I should be looking at?

I'd go with the Cooler Master case. For the power supply, I'd go with at least a 600 watt one with at least 38 amps on the 12 volt rail.

Thanks mpilchfamily that was very helpfull and I would have totaly overlooked the upside down mobo problem. So im also assuming that this case is not going to work as well:

SILVERSTONE TJ09

Actually after looking again at it, this one mounts rightside up but still has the PSU at the bottom of the case, if im not mistaken.

And you only think ill need 600w of power for a OC C2D 6600, 2x8800 GTX?

I would say thats a load of crap.Anyway i have the 831 , not the greatest case in the world but can easily fit your stuff in it.But at that price i wanted more.

I've read alot of good things about the TT Armor case, but I can't get past the cases that come pre-modded with windows and lights. They look cool, but I'd rather do it myself =P.

Again, I appreciate all the help you guys are givin' me it helps out alot.

And the SLI-Certified thing to me is just a marketing scam to sell this:
nVidia SLI Stacker 830

I have the TJ09 case and love it. It's large, classical, and excellent airflow. You want at least a 600 watt power supply, but I would go for 750 to 800 watt power supply. I personally use the PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750. Great, powerful and silent.

Just make a mental note that while the Thermaltake Armor full and the Stacker 832 are nice cases that can fit 8800GTX's in SLI, neither of those cases can comfortably house an Enermax Galaxy PSU which is the best PSU you should consider.

Honestly though, you don't need 1000 watts to run a C2D 6600 and two 8800GTXs in SLI, even over-clocked. A 750 is enough.

A last minute decision, changed the power supply to the Power & Cooling 750 Silent.

I also picked up 4gb of ram ocz platinum 800 instead of the dominator cause it was on sale @ fry's this weekend.
