Random but rare freezing

Lately, on rare occasions when multi-tasking, my computer will do a full freeze. The only thing I can do is pull the power.

At first I thought it may be the overclocking, so I started running everything at stock, but it still happens entirely at stock. I ran Prime95 for 16 hours without any errors, and I know that my max load temp of 58c is within safe bounds.

Where should I look?

Yeah I would have said PSU but you gave the specs, and you have a very decent PSU. Do you by any chance have a spare or a friend with a spare to try out another power supply?

Your RAM is def getting enough voltage. And your CPU is definitely cool enough as you said. However, your RAM may simply be defective. There are tests like memtest to check.
