LG GSA-H22N vs GSA-H42N

The specs for these on the NewEgg site look about the same, only theyre out of the H22N, but have the H42N. Ive read good reivews of the out of stock H22N, but since they have the H42N in stock, any reason why I shouldnt buy that one?

Its an OEM version, meaning No manuals I presume.. I checked the LGUSA web site, and it sucks big time. NO support for this drive; they dont even list it. So, Im wondering about the jumper block. Ide attachment method.. But how should the jumpers be set for this time of ide device. Dont know if it supportes cable select, etc.. HOw should I set them.. thanks.
