hi sorry is this a new gigabyte board? u guys talking bout
No. It's the most recent revision, 3.3, to the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3. Previous revision levels were 1.0 and 2.0. Gigabyges claims to have started shipping rev 3.3 boards at the end of January. They are recently starting to show up at some outlets in the US. Gigabyte claims the rev 3.3 boards will support Intel's E6x50 Core 2 processors when they ship later this year. That is, rev 3.3 claims to support a FSB speed of 1333, not just 1066.
FWIW, the board (still) uses the Intel 965P chipset and Intel does
not claim that 965P will support FSB 1333, only FSB 1066.
