Using Cam.com's excellent VxIP, I am able to do an ipconfig on my WM2003SE
device. I see that "NetBIOS Resolution uses DNS = NO". How can I set this
to YES, as I'm a WinSvr2003/XP house with local split brain DNS but no WINS.

I would think you have two options.

1. Enable WINS on your Windows Server
2. Get a copy of PCHost and build yourself a little host table for the name
resolution issues.
