direction. I have been to a coule of web site about direction but
nothing has helped. http://www.antennaweb.org/ helped a little but

I tried the the Terk 55 and couldn't get any reception no matter where I
put it so I returned it . I now use a Terk 44 clip on to the satellite
dish antenna. I can get all my digital and analog channels without
much tweaking. I get a good steady signal quality between 88-95 on all
my digital channels. It is omni directional and amplified. I don't
know if it will work for you but it works for me and anyone else I have
recommended it to. I got mine at Radio Shack for like $89.00. Oh
,stay away from the Terk 42 antenna unless you put it high in the air .
My terk 44 is on a pole behind my house with my sat dishes.

BIG T:

Your solution to Good HDTV reception looks Very

Good based on AntennaWeb.org site....... 20151 Zip Code..

You will get a Better Antenna aiming Map if you use your
9 Digit Zip Code...

The only problem may be your Terk Antenna brand choice....
All of your Digital & HD stations are UHF (Chans 13 thru 59)
Buy a UHF antenna: Channel Master or Wyngard brand...
UHF Style should be Yagi or 4 bay bow tie....

Antenna WEB says aim your antenna almost Due EAST with
just a slight North rotation of 2 Degrees...
The Front of your Antenna is Aimed as noted above...

Pure North is 0 Degrees... Pure East is 90 degrees...

Your HD/Digital Stations are:

Chan 33 PBS 87 Deg
Chan 34 CBS 87 Deg
Chan 36 FOX 86 Deg
Chan 39 ABC 89 Deg
Chan 48 NBC 89 Deg
Chan 51 WB Warner Brothers 87 Deg
UPN (United Paramount Channel not Available)

Chan 27 PBS (Weak wrong direction) 99 Deg
Chan 57 Independent (Weak wrong direction) 104 Deg

Chan 43 PAX (Very weak wrong direction) 149 Deg
Chan 30 Independent (Very weak wrong direction) 190 Deg

Forget about digital Channels 27, 57,43, and 30....
You may need a pole Rotor to pick 'em up....

My only concern about the 'Top batch' of listed
UHF digital stations is Transmitter Power Level....
Power ranges from Off, to 20% to 50% to 100%...
They could be Standard or HD Format Pictures....

We could provide more meaningful help if you describe your problem in
detail. Which channels are you not getting? The Terk TV55 is not
high-gain or directional antenna, and will not perform well in
difficult reception locations. Assuming you're tyring to receive
Washington, an all-channel (vhf/uhf) yagi pointed east on top of a
modest mast would probably work better for you.

Terk antenna's are worthless - I had one and it hardly got 2 channels. I
got the Zenith Silver Sensor and it is amazing. I get all the HD channels
in the Boston area (14 channels out of 15). With the Terk I got 2 out of
15.

Your problem is probably the Terk 55. I tried it and got nothing. Now using
the Zenith Silver Sensor which does a good job. Also was cheaper.
