Which 12v rail? The P4 or the P4+ ?? Help!

Before I get my new comp all hooked up here, which 12v rail do I plug into the motherboard? The P4 or the P4+ , or are they both the same?

Is either one safer? or harmful?

Never had a motherboard with this extra connector needed.

If you look closely at the connections i think you'll find that each one will only fit where it is supposed to go. The plastic connectors are very subtly different.
