Greetings all,
After applying the patch and a reboot, we get the following message on some
of our Dells. No pattern as yet as to model. Again, not all Dells.
It also curiously does not sem to happen to Gatways or Toshibas at our
company.

"One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered
by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful."

Does any one have an idea why?
I'm worried about using our SMS server to push this patch to the other 700
machines in our network. The helpdesk staff is not going to be happy asking
folks to click on the "OK" button.

Thanks for any ideas,
JT

Are there any other errors in the logs?
