How do I update my GPU driver?

I'm using a Geforce 7300LE and when I ran the Steam/Valve system check it said I needed to update my driver. Anyway it redirected me to the Nvidia update page but I dont understand what to do next?

Please help this poor idiot.

I dont know if it matters but its actually the 7300GS versionnot LE (oops).

Would it be possible for me to upgrade my driver I have a O/S Vista Home Premium. Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00 GHz
4.0 GB
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

Go here http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us And select Option 2.
It will automatically detect the Latest driver for your Card.
