When you visit a secure site that has a problem with their certificate, you
receive a popup Security Alert. This basically says that the cert is no good
for one of three reasons: 1) it was issued by a CA you don't trust, 2) it's
expired or not yet valid, or 3) the name on the cert doesn't match the name
of the site. You then have the option of proceeding to the site or viewing
the certificate.
I want to prevent the user from accessing a particular HTTPS URL unless all
three of the above conditions for the cert are met. If one of the three
conditions are not met, the user should not have a choice of proceeding to
the site. Access should be denied.
