hey I am runnings a 965G DS3 with a zalman 9500at on a e6400 using only onboard gpu until I get a good card. I need some suggestions for a non-ghetto or rigged way of replacing the stock nb heatsink. I like the zalman nb-47 but it says you cant use it with onboard graphics. Any suggestions guys? Thanks for your help.

Reverting to the OEM Intel CPU cooler should help a lot. Its secondary function is to cool adjacent components such as the NB and PWM area, as it blows air down and out in all directions from the CPU. Many aftermarket CPU coolers, like the 9500, don't blow down onto the board, or don't blow in all directions, which can sometimes cause problems such as this. The "flower-style" aftermarket coolers such as the 7700 and the Golden/Blue Orb II shouldn't have this problem. You might also consider just mounting the fan from a standard north/southbridge cooler onto the north bridge's heatsink.
