Just a Quick Decision

I got a MacBook Pro the other day, and I want to watch tv. So, i had the chose of getting a external tv tuner or get a slingbox. But I want to best picture quality for that glorious screen I have. So, which should I get, the Ex. tv tuner or the SlingBox? And if external tv tuner, which one would be best? Thanks in an advance.

Hmm, i dont really know about tv tuners but iv heard ALOT of good this about the slingbox, ( i work at best buy )
