Can not turn off Hitachi 57T500

Suggest having the set inspected by the serviceing company in the area. Seen
a few of these sets that the e_prom data gets compromised. They may need to
inspect the front of the circuit boards to be assured that one of the crts
haven't leaked causing the problem.
