Authentication problem after forced password change

Hello all,

Running a W2K server environment with XP Pro desktops. I have a problem
with one user that arises every time he reaches the maximum password age.
The user changes his password when forced and without difficulty however,
after that he is constantly asked for authentication by the web browser (inet
access is permissions based), mail server, etc. The problem goes away if he
goes to a password change screen and changes it manually.

Any ideas?
