Finally I got the money to build a new system, and this time will be a reasonable good one.

So I need some help of you guys]

Config:

Graphics: 8800 GTS 320Mb (not open for discussion )
Processor: E6300 or 4300 (
Mobo: ???
RAM: 2x1Gb DDR2 800Mhz

I intend to OC the processor a little, but without changing the voltage, and using only air as cooling.
What is the best way to achieve this ?(with no risk of damage to the processor)
The DDR2 800 Mhz is ok? What brand, CAS should I get?

I need a decent MoBo as well (with basic OC), and what processor should I buy? I don't want a 100% OC, just to squeeze as much as possible from stock speed without reducing its life time...

Hi was looking at a similar set up that I just bought:
http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/modules.php?nam...

Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz $175.00
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel $132.99
EVGA (look for the higher clocked verson) GeForce 8800GTS 320MB $299.99
SILVERSTONE SST-ST60F ATX 600W (42amp12V)Power Supply $129.99
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 400 C4 $234.00 ( have also read that the SuperTalent ram is good)
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200KS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA $89.99

I actually bought this from NewEgg but ClubIT.com would be a little cheaper.
If you would be happy with 3000mhz then DDR2 667mhz ram would be cheaper and run at spec (and could go a little higher with looser timings but the 800 ram will be better if you decide to OC higher in the future)

Thank you guys. I think DDR2 667 is enough, I don't want to push beyond 3Ghz barrier, since I don't want to increase the voltage.

This MoBo seems real nice, Im getting one of these!

Thanks again for the advice!
