are the fans that are on the case supposed to suck air out of the computer or in because i have 4 huge fans just sucking air out of the computer?

Ideally, you want 2 fans in the front sucking air in. You also want 1 or 2 in the back sucking air out. Also, side-panel/window fans generally suck in, and the PSU fan sucks air out. Try and keep the amount of air coming in(c.f.m.) and the amount going out...equal. GL :)
