The other has a Platinum Heat Spreader and the other doesn't. As for the 675 and 667, I has no idea I never heard of 675. All I know is 533/667/800. But I'm sure someone will answer you on this one.

The ram with the platinum heat spreader is the better buy, in my opinion. The 675 rating is Corsair's attempt to at slight overclocking of 667 from the factory. Theoretically, it should run faster than ram with a 667 rating. Whether it does or not is debatable and also may depend on you manually adjusting the BIOS to allow it.
