Sync dropped my money transactions.

I finsshed updating Money with some transactions from the bank. Since
the ipaq was grossly out of date due to not having money chacked in
active
sync, I told it to clear all the data in the ipaq. I then uninstalled
money
on it and then re-installed it. (I was hoping that this would clear
everything.) Disconnected it and then connected it back up.
Activesync
started and after it stopped I added money to the list. I then ran the
sync. It ran pretty fast showing there was only one item to be synced.
I
then checked the ipaq and it had a zero balance on the account. I then
checked the regular money account and saw that it was missing all the
transactions. How couldit have deleted everything in money without
asking
me?

The files are still the same size as they were before. Is it possible
that
the data is still there somewhere?
