Can someone give me a walkthrough on the safest way to update my BIOS, I want to learn but I do not want to have to RMA the board due to an @BIOS issue that I am reading about. Let me know what you think guys as this is a first build and I want to get everything right. Also, can anyone suggest after updating the BIOS, loading windows, then what order should I do things?

If you are going to update your BIOS, the safest way I think is downloading the BIOS from Gigabyte and putting the files in a floppy disk. Then get into BIOS and run Q-Flash. After so, It says " Update BIOS from floppy" well close to that. I think this has a higher success rate than @BIOS.

Just make sure you download the correct BIOS for it. If you have the Rev.1 board then download that, if you have the Rev.2 board then download the file for that. This is where people makes mistakes in leading a failed update, which won't let there computer boot or even post for that matter.
