Evolution and Battle Tower

Hey, all. In my Ruby emulator game, I sharked a Jolteon to use and
breed. I was trying to evolve one of the baby Eevees into a Umbreon
(twice, one at 6:30 pm, the other at 11 pm) but instead I ended up
with 2 very low level nonsharked Espeons. Is it even possible to
evolve an Eevee to Umbreon naturally in Ruby or will I have to shark
one? BTW, how do you get Silcoon/Cascoon to evolve from Wurmple?

Also, in Battle Tower, what's with all of the trainers using Latis and
Regis? I've had to face nearly 20 trainers in a row with at least two
of them. That's annoying.

Unrelated questions, is it possible to breed Latios/as or the Regis
and is Deoxys faster than Electrode?

There's not the same day/night split in RuSa as there is in GSC, so
you can have Umbes by day and Espes by night. Keep trying.

They've been hinting that some of the legendary pokemon might not be
unique in the canon storyline. (Mewtwo is, but the others...)

Nope. As a rule, legendary pokemon don't breed. (Which makes one
wonder where most of them came from.)

Actually, I don't know. There was once a hacked red cart for emulator on
my computer called PKMN Revolution. The idea was that you started with
one of the ledgendary birds, which turned out to be a farce; as you had
a pokemon with pretty average stats, knowing peck plus a weak elemental
and not learning any other move until level 51!

They have sorted this out a bit, for example the Regi's learn explosion
at a low level, Rayquazza - Dragon Claw, and etcetera, but still, most
ledgendaries only seem to start life (move wise) at level 50.

Capture Wurmple in the morning = Silcoon
Caputre Wurmple in the evening = Cascoon

There may not be a definitive day/night split, but Wurmple's evolution
does depend on the time that it's caught.
