Before thinking of upgrading, I was wanting to know if you CAN upgrade to Vista using an Adaptec SA1210 SATA controller card. Has anyone attempted to do this? The MS website stated that it's an unknown and the Adaptec website states that is has no plans for Vista drivers (Certified?). However the downloadable Vista upgrade advisor states, that after running and evaluating my system, it will run Vista. So, Can I install Vista or Not?
