Very good components 
Good quality, good price/performance.
For the price, you get a lot of PC. It is always possible to spend more (E6600 or even QX6700 
), or a 8800GTX, but you pay a lot for that extra performance. I would say that you have made a good selection.
For wireless keyboard/mouse, I have good experience with Logitechs combos, except their Bluetooth diNovo, which I find too complicated and expensive.
