new motherboard

i am on a budget of around 160 and i would like to get a new case and motherboard. im gettinga cheap $30 case that reviews say its good so im looking for a good motherboard that is good and still in my price range. i currently have a pentium d 820 so i would like to over clock that. i also have a sound card and pci exress video card. i also got a gig of 240 pin ram that came with my gateway.

i am probally no longer getting that case probally cuz i might get another. i was wondering how is this motherboard

and on another site it says this for overclocking options
Adjustable bus speeds
Adjustable memory timing
Adjustable voltages (may be Vcore only)

so would i be able to make my processor any more faster with those settings
