gigabyte 965p ds3 vs. asus p5n e sli 650i

hello.i have to choice between 2 mobo and i am not know witch one.the 2 mobo is at the same price for me .i also have an 6600 and 2x1gb ddr667.i intend to overclock 9x333 to go 1:1like an gigabyte s3 965p that i have before but i sold out because his big capacitors.(later i intend to buy a tuniq tower or schyte infinity).any help is welcome. tanks

If you need the 1333 fsb go with the gigabyte 965P-DS3 REV 3.3 board. Gigabyte has worked hard to refine that board, and its put together much better than the ASUS 650i board. If you have PATA hardware and can't go the SATA II route then go with the 650i.

thanks.i have 2wd hdd sata2 and 1dvdrw sata?x i dont care about ide support.the p5ne can`t work with fsb 1333?

Dont get the rev 2.0 board if you can order the rev 3.3 board. ClubIT has it and they are very reputable. (Newegg and ZZF and most other etailers wont guarantee the the revision number thats why ClubIT has my vote)
