Opinions please.........

I've eyed up my new pc. Specs are

Intel Core duo 2 E6700, EVGA nForce 680i, XFX 8800GTS 640mb, OCZ 2GB DDR2 1100 CL5.0 DUAL CHANNEL GOLD XTC, 320GB SATAII disk drive, dvd drive and a cooling fan Fatal1ty FS-C77. Sound doesn't bother me so will be using on board sound.

Now the problem is recently I purchased a new PSU for my current/soon to be old machine due to the overclocking i did. Its a Seasonic S12 500W. ATX 12V v2 spec.

Now in your opinion is that good enough for my new rig? I don't want to spend money I don't have to but don't wanting anything holding my new money burning pc back. I thought at the time I bought the PSU I would over spec what i needed so I could carry it on to my next project. 500W enough?
Thanks guys.

Thanks for the reply guys.

So it will work but i can't OC on it? I was planning on OC'ing a little. Spending 1000+ on a rig and limiting its potential makes no sense. In which case what kind of PSU wattage would I need and how much do you think I could sell my exisiting one for?

Thanks once again. Knowledge in this area appreciated.
