Blue Screen

Hello,
I have a lenova g550 ..it is 1 month old. Yesterdsy the blue screen started. I can use no problems at all in safe mode with networking. I tried every thing available on the internet. Scans, virus, removed new programmes, rolled back a week, and still it happens. The message is STOP 0x0000008E. Would it be easier to take it back and ask for a new install of windows? Or is it a problem with the PC ,,Thnk you

You shouldn't need to take it back to the shop, it would have come with recovery dvd's or a hidden partition on the hard drive, which is normally activated during bios post screen by hitting F10/F12 or similar. ANother way is that you hit F8 just before Windows loads and use the recovery option from there.
