For some reason there are artifacts on my desktop and at first I thought this was just a video card problem, but when I uninstalled the drivers for my 4 year old 9800 pro, the artifacts still came back on the onboard video. The artifacts also disappear at sometimes after I reset my computer.
If anyone can shed some light on this problem, it would be appreciated.
