denver comcast digital/hdtv signal breakups recently

anyone else seeing this on their hdtv sets? what i am seeing is a lot
of pixillation of the video on various hdtv and non-hdtv digital
channels.

i am watching through the hdtv cable box on a samsun 50" dlp set.h

so, is it general, or is there something wrong with my feed?
