Diference between remote registry service & network regist..

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.security (More info?)

Well, I bet the answer is not as simple as saying that the Remote
Registry Service provides network registry access to administrative
accounts. IOW you must be meaning something very specific by the
term "network registry access", but what ?
