Hp g62 how to make factory condition

i had trojan virus in my g62 hp,and windows currupted and it doesnt start ,and just goes to windows error recovery
and it shows
LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR
START WINDOWS NORMALLY
but it doesnt start anywhere so what shall i d o now
ANY HELP?
