and listing out of the All Programs list in the Start menu, how can I get it

Right-click the Start Menu, select "Open All Users" and navigate to
the submenu where you want to have the icon. Open the Explorer and
navigate to the OFFICE folder. Find the WINWORD.EXE and drag it from
this window to the one showing your Start Menu.

If you dragged it in the first place, you have the ability to drag it back -
just find the shortcut, press the left mouse button and hold it while you
drag the shortcut back to where you want it. You'll notice a funny black
line following the shortcut around - that's where it will appear if you
release the mouse button immediately. When you get to the appropriate place,
just release your mouse button and the shortcut will be moved. You can also
use this trick if you have a shortcut on your desktop - just drag a shortcut
from the desktop over the Start button, then All Programs, and then follow
the same procedure.
