I've never heard of Zotac, but the 7600GT is a decent GPU.

You shouldn't bother with 4x1GB- 2x1GB is all you need. Get some decent quality DDR2 667 or 800.

As for the PSU, 450/500 watts-ish is more than enough, you could do with a bit less. It's important to get a fairly decent power supply though, generic dollar store power supplies are a bad idea.

CPU and board are excellent.

about Zotac..i thinks it is not so well-known,i think it is a local product..but,nevermind,thinks the important one is the GPU..

4x1GB?Mm...it seems that the price is out of my budget..my budget is only about US120$ 4 the RAM.B'coz the price in Indonesia is a little bit higher,so,with US120$ i can get only 1GB dual channel..

which brand do you recommend?is OCZ decent?

actually my budget is about US$830..around 7.5 million rupiahs

Oh haha when you listed "4 1GB dual channel" I thought you meant four sticks of 1GB. Nevermind.

So yeah, OCZ makes decent RAM. I'd prefer G.Skill, Geil, Team Group, Mushkin, Corsair, or Kingston but if there's OCZ that fits your budget better, go for it.

Haha...sorry for(no longer using "4") that...
about the RAM,i've search all around here, but there is no shop sell G.Skill or Geil. But mushkin and Corsair is available..i think i'll take Corsair or kingston instead of Mushkin..price too high 4 me T_T

if you stay with 1 gb for awhile get 2x512 as they will give you the added dual channel speed. Might even be cheaper. If you are not going to overclock the CPU, 667mhz is fine. Yes if you can find a 500 W PSU, and a known name go for it.

yup,i'll get dual channel kits.so if i using 667mhz,it will not support for overclocking?

the PSU,i already get the cheap n good one..local product...460watt

No it will support some overclocking, but if you want to try for the max on the CPU, the RAM speed might begin to slow you down. It all depends on the Front Side Bus speed so if you clock to 333mhz then you are ok as 333x2=667mhz so your RAM will be 1:1 ratio with the FSB.

I understand that you are on a budget however if you are running windows vista with the areo stuff with what I have read and seen you really want 2GB of ram. With windows XP 1GB is fine.
