E4300 Custom System Setup - Overclock RAM Question

Hi.

I just set up my system.

P5N-E SLI
E4300 Allendale
Corsair XMS2 DDR 5-5-5-12 800mhz
Sapphire x1950 Pro
Thermalright XP-120 Heatsink

I have my VCore locked in at 1.45 because of the severe Vdroops ive exeperienced... Ram locked in at 2.085v

I have everything disabled in the bios that is advised in the C2D Overclock Post, but most my questions lie in how to set up my ram / fsb settings.

Should I be using Linked or Unlinked? Considering my ram and chip.

Currently I'm at 1400mhz FSB Linked in Sync Mode to my ram putting it at 700mhz. CPU-Z Verifies all the infromation and it's running stable after 1hr in Orthos. Idle temps of 29c and Load Temps of 36c.

What FSB / Link or Unlink / What type of Link would you advise for my set up? I'd like to clock it further if possible but I want an expert opinion.

Benchmark each of them quickly? I remember reading unlinked was better for some reason somewhere, but don't quote me.

Well I'm trying to determine exactly what I should attempt to clock my FSB to as well as setting my voltages.
