Error Server 2000

From the Event viewer:



Registration of the DNS record '_kerberos._udp.shipserver.mma.edu. 600 IN
SRV 0 100 88 myserver.myserver.ka.edu.' failed with the following error:

DNS operation refused.



Could someone help explain what this means and what to do about it?
