Need a little help using Speedfan

I have a DFI Infinity nf4x with an Athlon 3000+ and Geforce 7600gt. I'm trying to find the temps of my CPU and video card. The Nvidia Monitor says my CPU is 3C, and my GPU is 44C. I doubt my CPU is really 3C, so I installed Speedfan and it gives me these temps:

Temp1 29C
Temp2 28C
Temp3 36C
Local 33C
Remote 3C
HD0 23C
HD1 27C
Temp1 40C
Core 44C

Can somebody let me know which temps are which? Thanks.

There are other programs that can tell you the temps of the cpu and gpu.
Coretemp - cpu
Everest - cpu gpu, and other etc
Atitool - gpu
