Cannot get on to use laptop

Hello,
I let microsoft windows 7 update my MSI lpatopn last night and now today I cannot get it to boot up past the "MSI" logo screen.
I received "Error Code: C0000022 applying update operation 595 of 71143 (bfsvc.exe)..
Can anyone tell me what to do?

Linda,
Sounds like maybe it was doing Service Pack 1 for Windows 7. You can try hitting F8 when you power it up at the MSI screen... just tap F8 once per second... we are looking to boot into Safe Mode. F8 should give you a menu of boot options and pick the Safe Mode. (should be other ones too like Safe Mode with networking, but just pick the plain Safe Mode)
If you are able to get into windows.. give it a few minutes and then restart the computer and see if it will boot like norm.
