Can anyone tell me the location of the data file
for the Windows Address Book.
I have had to install a new hard drive following
the corruption of my previous Win2000 Pro installation.

The old HD is now drive E and all the data is intact.
I want to import my old WAB into OE but cannot
locate it. Microsoft seem to choose a different location
for each version of Windows :-(

Thanks
Phil

A search, *.wab, to include hidden files?

OK
I will answer my own question. I have just realised it is a hidden
file under documents and settings etc
View hidden files can only be turned on through Control Panel
- Folder Options

Cheers
Phil
Off to the pub to celebrate
BTW - does anyone ever respond to questions on this newsgroup?
