Hi, I've read on this forum that 2 PCs can be connected in a LAN by a crossover cable, WITHOUT any other equipment (just using their own network cards). My question is: what is this crossover cable? I heard somewhere you must "switch" some pins between them when you connect the cable to the PCs. That is you don't just just connect the coresponding wires like you do when conncting 2 light bulbs to the same baterry for example. I hope you understand my question. Can you make a picture of how to connect the wires in order to achieve this LAN with 2 computers? THANKS!!!
