Iagree on the PSU even it id good 380 is bare minimum power. Go better now and you won't have to later.
If budget is a concern consider XP home (or Por) w/ Vista upgrade. Cheaper also 2 OS for price of 1

Have a look at www.komplett.nl.

I've dealt with them before, and found them quite good.

Get Win XP instead of vista, and spend the extra money on a good PSU. Vista's still kinda buggy for the moment.

I'd stay away from the 7600GS, at least go for a 7600 gt, but really with that chip it's a waste not to have a better card than that even. If you have the cash get 1 more gig of ram and a 320mb 8800gts

you mean xp with vista uprgade?
Yes, I always try to get the "free" Vista upgrade and then I have it but you do not have to install Vista right away. Things might be different in Europe but M$ has so many web pages on your choices. Most retailers here offer the coupon, which you go online and answer questions and they give you a link to the upgrade and in my case, offered a disc copy for a little bit more.

My budget is like $1120/€950.
so this is how far i came:

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6400 Over kill for most games but Oblivion.
DDR2 1GB Suggest 2GB's of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Better off waiting for a cheap DX10 GPU.
Intel® P965
SATA2, 7200, RPM, 8 MB Cache, 250GB
optical drive ( doesn't matter, any kind is good )
Procase Zirco, 350 watt Need a higher watt PSU
Windows Vista Premium

maybe you guys can give me some USEFULL coments :D :D

thanks in advance
For gaming the CPU isnt as important as the GPU. I would buy the E4300 and a Nvidia 8800gts 320MB with the savings on the CPU. You will need a better PSU even for your setup if you OC. I see your getting a P965 which if for OCing the E4300 should do better than the E6400.

Nice, but def. a better PSU- think reliability. Also, for games I would go for a 2gb kit. They are a lot cheaper now, and vista really needs it. If you have a 256mb gfx card, vista will share another 256 regardless- in other words, 1gb isnt enough for a gamer. 2gb is idea... for now.

nope, unless you go for heavy overclocking the PC5300 will work, just everyone agrees that 2 sticks of RAM 2x1GB will work best on your system.
