X1950 Pro OC in Vista x64?

I just built my new rig (see signature), and I need to OC my X1950 Pro under x64 Vista. Currently it is running stock with the CCC @ 574MHz VPU clock and 682MHz memory clock. If I try to increase either one of those settings in the CCC my screen flickers. Are their any ATI tools that I can use in Vista x64 to overclock the card at all? Do I need to increase my PCI-E Voltage in the BIOS?

I'm running Vista x32 and I have the same issue although my Powercolor x1959 Pro extreme has a clock of 595 and a memory clock of 695 anything above this and the screen flickers i'm trying to find out why i'll post when i do :twisted:
