I am shooting for a good gaming system that fits inside the smallest case for international travel. The other key is great cooling for running in a hot climate without A/C. Would appreciate any advice on tuning the components:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600
Mobo: ASUS P5B-VM DO Motherboard
RAM: 4x1GB OCZ DDR2 800 Dual Channel
Video: 8800GTS 640MB
HD: Seagate 500GB 16MB SATA 3g
Case: Silverstone SUGO Evolution SG01
Heat Sink: Silverstone NT06 Lite
Second Fan: Silverstone FX121
Power: 450 Watt OCZ ModStream
Mouse: Logitech G5
LCD: Acer 24" 1920x1200 6ms GTG DVI Widescreen

good little setup, just warning you that board will not let my e6300 go past 2.1ghz. That board is VERY bad for overclocking but im sure you know that already.

You biggest problem is you will not be able to fit an 8800 into any mATX case.

Thanks for the feedback guys, keep it coming please. This particular case might not be as small as some mATX cases. I noticed someone who bought one stated "Enough room to comfortably fit an 8800GTS, but probably not enough for a GTX".

One thing that worries me is I am looking at running it in ambient 40C (104F) temperatures. I selected an expensive aluminum case with extra fans & aftermarket cpu cooler but I don't know if it will work. I am not looking to overclock anything due to this.

Note I hyperlinked several components I thought might be of interest to dig into if you want to look at the specs.

well its possible maybe with a really short cd drive and a matx power supply, but those psu's put out like a crappy 350w at most usually.

I don't think its possible fitting a 8800gtx, i BARELY fit my x800gto in my lianli microatx case.

And a piece of advice on microatx gaming, i dont like it. You dont have room for anything. I cant have a nice 1/2 danger den system for liquid cooling. only 3 hard drives max. and no huge ass video cards. Its just not very good. Unless you do allot of lan party's and dont want a hardcore rig.

but thats just my 2 cents.

About the OCZ memory they make some rock solid stuff, its overclocks like nothing else. I used to have 2x512mb 2-2-2-5 pc3200 stuff running 245mhz with a voltage 2.2v they scream.

I do admit after a month having them non overlocked i had to RMA my pair but the 2nd worked perfect overclocked for 3+ months after i sold my Armor system.
