0x000000B4 error when access win2k pro

after i installed win2k pro ,reboot ,get this message:Stop
0x000000B4 The Video Driver Failed to Initialize.

offical database says :CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a conflict with the
parallel port and the video card, if the parallel port I/O
address is set to 03BC.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, change the parallel port I/O
address from 03BC to 0378 using one of the following
methods:
Start your computer, and press F8 at the Starting Windows
screen.
Select Safe Mode, and then press the ENTER key.
When prompted, log on to your computer using the local
administrator account.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
Double-click System.
Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
Click the plus "+" next to ports to expand the ports list.
Select the printer port LPT1, and on the Action menu,
click Properties.
Click the Resources tab, and then clear the Use Automatic
Settings check box .
In the Settings Based On drop down menu, select a setting
that uses an I/O address of 0378 instead of 03BC.
Click OK, and then close Device Manager.

Change the I/O port resource setting for the parallel port
in the BIOS for your computer. For information on how to
change BIOS settings, please refer to the hardware
documentation included by your computer manufacturer.
MORE INFORMATION
This error occurs in VGA mode but not in Safe Mode. The
parallel port driver does not load in Safe Mode but it
does in VGA mode.

but i close all possible ports that may cause
conflict ,including serial port ,parallel port and usb
device in bios,but still can enter safe mode .

please help me.
